AI Agents Automate QuickBooks Tasks at Scale, 43 Demo Videos Incoming

We're live, baby. All right. Well, today we're just going to do a really quick session. And today's session is going to be around what's kind of coming over the next couple months. So, um let's Let me just briefly share my screen. Let me Everything else here should be fine. Um we've had some some pretty crazy developments. Um obviously with models over the past um over the past few months, but you know, even even just more so on capabilities. And um as some of you may know, um Alejandro and I have um been doing a lot of implementation, and we've been doing a ton of testing as well over the past few 6 8 months. We've been doing some really heavy testing. And um Yeah, we we we we've got some pretty sick breakthroughs, but essentially um I'll just I'll kind of show you guys a couple things here. Let me see if I can share this screen. And ooh, yeah. I like that. Look at that. The infinity loop. Um overnight we have a bunch of agents running. Um so, you're going to see a bunch of demos coming out onto the channel here shortly. So, the ones that are currently running, um let's see. I'll just kind of show you guys how many we have going on. Okay, so we have 43 uh clips right now. This is um all just our agents running within QuickBooks. And so, we're going to have a ton of demos, and this is QuickBooks on the desktop, uh not QuickBooks online. So, I know there's a lot of um there's a lot of um there's a lot of content out there um that's about QuickBooks online. And really there's there's a lot of you who use uh QuickBooks um on your desktop and there's a lot of people obviously who are more comfortable seeing it in a PC environment. And so this is a PC this is a remote PC um and we're essentially just running you know, tons of demos on them um and just videos. So we have about 43 clips that we're going to be posting over the next uh over the next few um uh weeks and months as we wrap up this year um and there's a ton more just kind of coming online here soon. So we've got what uh a ton of videos here that are just private uh currently and they're going to be start they're going to switch over to public visibility soon. We have a ton of shorts as well um that are kind of just pending uh here. And so there's a ton of content coming um there's a ton of use cases kind of coming out. And the reason why we've been able to do all of this is because we just have these agents constantly running on loops and um we plan out all the tasks we know what we know what we want to show, we know the use cases and so then we just list them out. We build out the the um um the cadence for those, you know, how often they should run. And all of that's just kind of running on Python code automatically. So this thing is like clicking, moving around, building all the demos, it knows the scripts, it's zooming in and in and out. You'll start seeing all of those um get posted here over the next few weeks. So this is kind of the power um of what's possible today um Um, you know, maybe a year ago, yeah, you couldn't do this. The models didn't have enough. Uh, you just had to do a lot more checking and a lot more um a lot more engineering on the back end. But the the possibilities are just kind of endless today. Um, all I have to say is I Yeah like computer uses truly truly solved today. So, any computer work that any human does you can automate it. Anything. Anything. Um, this is this is coming from someone who is incredibly proud of uh of a career in finance where I learned every single shortcut in Excel. Um, I learned you know virtually all of the I I I really enjoyed learning all the the the the little things you could do within QuickBooks, within Xero, uh within

different softwares. You know, I knew those softwares in and out and I I enjoyed learning all the quirks, but yeah, you don't you don't need to do that anymore. Um, really judgment is the biggest uh is the biggest thing today and then understanding how to implement these things and how they work

is is the uh is where the opportunity is today. So, um Alondra and I obviously implement all of this for you guys um and we already have the tech, we got the agents, we got them all built out. It's really all about training them on your own specific context and your environment. So, for example, every single CPA firm and every single um CFO uh they're all different. So, you know, and and every business is different, right? So, there are there's a lot of overlap, but uh you have different needs and there's different context. So, context is the biggest um hurdle with these with these uh with these agents and the more context that an agent has, then the more Yeah, the more desirable, accurate, and consistent your outputs are, and the less you have to do. So, we consistently see a um time savings of 80%. So, yeah, so so if something would take you, you know, call it like 8 hours, yeah, you could bring that down to honestly like it depends on what the task is and how hard you work, but um you can you can definitely bring that down to less than 10 20 minutes, for sure. Um but at minimum 80%. Um but separately, in addition to the time savings that these agents bring to you, you also have monetary savings. So, these directly affect your bottom line. So, monetary savings, we're seeing 80% as well. So, this is not just, "Hey, does this save me time or does it save me money?" This is this saves you 80% of 80% of your time and 80% of your money. So, you get uh you know, all that time back, which is obviously uh multiples, and I'm not combining those two together. Those are separate. It does both separately. So, if you combine those two, like I don't know I'm in accounting, I only know arithmetic. You know, accounting and finance, I only know arithmetic, so I don't I don't know I don't know mathematics all that great, deep mathematics, but yeah, I guess if you're saving um 80% of your time and 80% of your money, if that's two things, two variables, then uh I guess you would do you would take that to the power of two, right? I would think. Um but essentially, that's what you're looking at. Um that's what's possible today, and you're going to start seeing the results of that here in the channel shortly. And we're happy to kind of show you how it works, what it does, and what those output looks like look like. And um I think you'll be you'll be thoroughly impressed. So, that's it. Um just just implementing these and um uh just working working hard. So, um you'll start seeing and and of course finding a solution to build out more content uh because I know, you know, peop- people love the content. Um there's a lot of there's a lot of positive things that people say here. And um when you guys learn, um that's always a good thing because you get to know what's possible, what's coming, and um um where you kind of fit in the world and how the world is changing around us uh with tech implementation and how you can take advantage of that. And then how you can benefit from that. So, um yeah, uh we now have a system that basically is just constantly running on uh on loops and creating content. And you're going to start seeing the results of that. And um obviously what what everyone sees is really it's like it's like an iceberg, right? Like you see the top, you see just a section, but there's just massive amounts of code and and and inference going on underneath. And that's where the magic happens. And so, we're happy to show you how that works, what that looks like.
